Refund Policy

Any refund requested within 30 days of original payment of the basic membership will be issued by cheque minus administration fees ($100.00) and costs for equipment ($1000.00) if already received. For extra services and programs, full refunds will be issued if requested 7 days prior to the start of the program or service. After 7 days prior to the start of the program or service, no refund will be issued.

Privacy Policy

All personal information collected for billing, administrative and academy purposes will be used exclusively by the staff of the Winstars Academy. The information will not be shared with or forwarded to a third party at any time without the permission of the consumer.
